In this workshop you will gain insight into the human anatomy, Imbalances that can occur within the body and the interrelationships between different parts of the body.
Learn functional yoga movements to strengthen, stretch, gain balance and increase mobility.
Exercise different breath techniques to combat fatigue, stress, and anxiety.
Gain knowledge of how breath functions in the body and the importance of breath in our everyday movement.
